I have this recipe from my recipe book, for many years, from an old cookbook, but I only prepared it once, because it will be enough for many years before, if it is not eaten quickly at home. Few men resist tasting it. It is very, very hot, with a great aroma.

  • 500 gr. of hot red peppers or red green
  • 50 gr of crushed walnut kernels
  • 200 g of masked salt
  • 7 cloves of masked garlic
  • 15 gr. Of spice- coriander seeds
  • 10 gr. of basil seeds - oregano

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Adjica abhaziana (2):

Work with your hands dressed in gloves, because your hands will sting a lot. Remove the seeds and stalks of the peppers. Peel the garlic. Chop everything in a mincer or mix well in a blender. Add the other spices and salt and chop once more. Keep cool until done.

It is a very good and flavorful zacusca for grilled dishes, or you can add it as a spicy spicy spice, for different sauces, for vegetable and meat dishes, for the first course. It all depends on whether you like to eat fast or not.
